Public Utilities Office Closed; Moving to New Location
Beginning August 31, 2026, the Public Utilities Customer Service and Administrative Offices will start transitioning operations to our new facility. During this period, our current Customer Service Office located in Youngsville at 1630 US Highway 1 will be closed. Limited downtime may occur as equipment and staff are relocated. Our new Customer Service Office is expected to open to the public on September 3, 2026.
